Susan has been in the technology field for over 20 years. She received an associates in Computer Science from Computer Systems Institute (CSI) Pittsburgh, PA. She graduated from Point Park University, Pittsburgh, PA with a bachelor's degree in Business. She received her MBA from Seton Hill University. She started her career working for a Fortune 500 company (Chambers Development, Inc.) where she was a Senior Programmer/Analyst but in less than five years was promoted to management as a Project Leader. She was also the Manager of Academic Computing at Seton Hill University. The remaining of her career has been spent in the consulting arena. Susan started Taylored Solutions Inc. in 2003.
